Resiti Station
Background
Resiti Station, located at an elevation of 1800-2000 meters, is situated within the area known as Weyne Dega. The name "Resiti" was taken from a well-known individual in the past and has since become the name of the area. The station sources its coffee from surrounding kebeles such as Rust, Chanches, Ades, Haru Suke, Haru, Qedda, Boksa, and Gudba, working with around 187 coffee-farming households. First managed in 2016, the station features 12 coffee washing tanks and 184 drying beds. Resiti is known for producing high-quality washed, specialty, and honey-processed coffees with great care and attention to detail.

Washed Process - Red cherries are pulped on the same day to remove the outer skin
- Fermented for 72 hours to break down and remove mucilage
- Thorough washing after fermentation to ensure all mucilage is removed
- Drying takes 12–15 days depending on weather conditions
