Guji Hambela (HBL)
Background
Sourced from Hambela, Guji, and processed at Dubo Station in Ethiopia's Guji Zone, Oromia Region. Grown on highland plots at 1,900–2,200 MASL, where altitude and volcanic soil give the coffee its concentrated sweetness and fruit-forward character. As with most of Guji, coffee is the primary cash crop for local farming families, grown alongside enset (false banana), sugar cane, and vegetables.
