Background

Dubo meaning "Forest" in Sidamic, named for the dense tree cover of the landscape. Dubo sits on highland plots in the Guji Zone, where altitude and volcano soil produce coffee with concentrated sweetness and fruit-forward character. Coffee is the primary cash crop for farming families in the area, grown alongside enset, sugar cane, and vegetables.
